Hey! It's Jasey McJase. So if you know me well you will be familiar with the fact that I take a keen interest in Asian pop music. Seems that my eyes keep falling on the Korean Boys like Super Junior(the famous 13 piece boy band), ShinEE and now Big Bang.
The group was brought to my attention during my trip to South East Asia last year with their song 'Lies'. It's got a great beat and very uplifting.
Big Bang is a Korean hip hop & R&B group composed of five members I often compare to Linkin Park. Like most boy bands each band member will take on a different role in each song, for instance one time singing a ballad type part, other times the band member will take a stab at rapping. There is nothing more satisfying then hearing Korean Rap.. ok, maybe I am exaggerating again.
When the guys first debuted, things were a bit quite but soon their song 'Lies' really hit things off. Big Bang often receive praise for their very hot fashion sense, and who could argue. Korean Boy Bands contribute to 35% of all hair spray sales worldwide!

Ohh, and for those interested I have started an 'Aussie fans of Super Junior' group on Facebook. Yes I am very sad.. but my mum thinks I'm cool.
